Louis Lipps is a former professional football player who played as a wide receiver in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers and the New Orleans Saints. He was drafted by the Steelers in the first round of the 1984 NFL Draft and played for them from 1984 to 1991.
Lipps was a key player for the Steelers during his time with the team, earning Pro Bowl honors in 1984 and 1985. He was also named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year in 1984.
